Attorney Ron Herman attended the Federal Bar Association Palm Beach County Chapter Ryskamp Award luncheon at the new Ben Hotel in West Palm Beach. Congratulations to this year’s honoree, Angela Noble, Clerk of Court for the Southern District of Florida, who gave a memorable acceptance speech that got a standing ovation. Clerk Noble was introduced by Chapter Vice President Panayotta Augustin-Birch and U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks.
