New Palm Beach County State Attorney Peter Antonacci filed a 72 page motion, including exhibits, trying to exclude the Honorable Barry Cohen from hearing criminal Cases. Antonacci feels that Judge Cohen is biased and does not treat the state fairly because of some of the Judge’s personal beliefs and views. It appears more like this is politically motivated and that Antonacci has been sent to Palm Beach County by Governor Scott with political marching orders.
