A West Palm Beach Criminal Defense Firm
Herman Law, P.A. was founded by Attorney Ron D. Herman, who was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. Upon earning his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Law Center, Attorney Herman began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Fort Lauderdale.
During his tenure as a prosecutor, Attorney Herman was a division lead in a DUI and a Domestic Violence Unit, and he served in a specialized Crime Against Children Unit. Attorney Herman left the prosecutor’s office to realize his true passion, defending the criminally accused against Florida’s harsh criminal justice system.
No stranger to the courtroom, Attorney Herman has tried over 150 jury trials over the course of his prestigious career, and is esteemed by his peers, state and federal prosecutors, and judges alike. In every case he takes on, Attorney Herman weighs the merits and weaknesses and uses the legal system to tirelessly pursue favorable outcomes for his clients, whether this means a plea bargain, a diversion program, reduced charges, sentence or penalty reductions, dismissals or acquittals.
